What's included
Every feature Sigla ships — rendering, annotations, link integrity, frontmatter panel, export to LLM, PDF export, dark themes, the lot. Use it on every Mac you personally own. The license is yours: no account, no cloud, no telemetry.
One full year of updates from the day you buy. Bug fixes, new renderers, new export targets — anything that ships in the window arrives via the in-app update channel.
Renewals
After your update window ends, the version you have keeps working — indefinitely, no nags, no expiry. Want the next twelve months of new versions? Renewal is $15. Skip it and you stay on what you have; come back two years later and it's still $15 for the next twelve months from when you buy.
Fourteen days, full features, no card.
Use Sigla on whatever you read in a normal two weeks. Every feature on, nothing gated. At the end it asks for a license — no countdown timers, no email funnel, no "limited mode" with watermarks.
Within fourteen days, no questions asked.
If Sigla isn't right for how you work, write to us within fourteen days of purchase and we refund in full. The trial should make this rare — but it shouldn't be hard when it happens.
Pricing FAQ.
- What happens to my copy after a year if I don't renew?
- It keeps working, every feature on. You stop getting new versions until you renew — but the version you bought is yours, offline, no expiry.
- Can I install Sigla on more than one Mac?
- Yes, on any Mac you personally own. The license is per user, not per machine.
- Do you offer team or volume pricing?
- For teams of five or more, write to us at hello@sigla.so and we'll sort out a volume license. We don't list a tier because the right answer depends on team shape.
- Why not a subscription?
- Because the people who get the most from Sigla read a long document every couple of weeks — not every day. Subscriptions punish that rhythm. Pay once; renew when you want another year of new features.
- Is there an educational or student discount?
- Not yet. The launch price is low enough that we'd rather keep one tier than fragment it. We'll revisit if there's clear demand.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Credit and debit cards via Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT, sales tax, and regional payment methods; your receipt comes from them.
