Refund Policy
If Sigla isn’t right for you, you can get your money back.

Our policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don’t need a detailed reason — if Sigla didn’t work out, we’d rather you didn’t pay for it.
How to request one
Sigla is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are processed by Paddle:
- use the link on your Paddle receipt / order email to request a refund, or
- email hello@sigla.so from the address you used at purchase, and we’ll help arrange it.
Refunds return to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Try before you buy
Sigla has a free trial so you can evaluate every feature before paying — we recommend using it. Buying after the trial is your call, and the 14-day refund window is there if you change your mind.
